For physical education this year, my level of participation has been super week, I haven't been attending class in over a month. If we base my mark on the last few months it would not be good. Besides that I've been going up and down with what I think I deserve.
In the middle I was doing much better than how I'm doing now I have some evidence on this run we did on the lower field. We had to run and every time we hit our starting point we had to press lap on our timers.I think I did pretty well on this one not because of my timing it was because I felt really focused and I thought I was running on a good pace that was right for me. I wasn't focusing on anybody else but myself which was a good improvement for me.
Being physical outside of PE was another thing about this year, I had joined the volleyball team and had practices twice a week. I also could've done much better with being responsible because somedays I would not come to PE but go to games in the afternoon, My explanation for that was just me being tired from previous days of exercise. I can say that I've learned from Neuf that to be an athlete comes with responsibility and being a leader.
Overall this first semester has been the toughest not just with this class but with all my courses, usually at the end of each semester I feel an enormous amount of stress which causes me to not do my best at all.
My stress isn't triggered by my school work but usually with family issues. I know if I tried much more than I'm capable of I would've been able to be much more successful in this course, I think
my deserve mark for this class would be a 62% only because it was a roller coaster and I don't think I deserve to fail neither.

Fitness Tuesday //
Today in fitness we did insanity workout video. I would give myself a 3/5 because the first part I was working until I distracted myself by talking to my friend!
I could've worked much harder.
November, 18th
For p.e yesterday we had a talk about our blogs. This was the first p.e class after I have came back from my trip.
He explained to all of us about how we need to step up our blogging. The grade 9/10 split class has blogs that are filled with entries. It made me think more about the situation and how serious it actually was.

Midterm
This years physical eduacation was huge on change. Everything worked a lot more different then it was last year. In all honestly it's been a confusing year for me. Somedays would be good, somedays I wouldn't show no effort at all. Like me and Mr.neufeld discuss I felt as he would give me mix signals on how I was doing in class, but he also said I've been giving him mixed behaviour.
My attendance this year has a bit off, it's could be much better, participating in most things just not as much effort was put in. Plenty of positive energy was inputed but still isn't enough. There has been many times were I've felt frustrated with my results in fitness days mostly,
Beep Test
Yesterday we had a surprise fitness day, It really didn't shock me because I knew we had a professional day on friday. I wasn't really in the mood for anything starting from when I woke up, you can say I was having a slow morning. When I found out that we had to do the beep test I was pissed. While I was running I could remember I already had a set goal in my head, it started off as thinking I was gonna stop at 5 just because I was lazy. I pushed myself a bit longer, untill I started to feel sore around my legs I knew I wasnt as tired and couldve ran some more, I stopped at 8.1 which was dissapointing a little because my highest was 10. I felt bad for myself and saw dissapointment in my volleyball coach's face. It was a relief thinking that I was done with it, untill Mr.neufeld came out of the blue and had decided that our class was not working together to push eachother, and that not everyone was not doing there best. Mr.neufeld had gave us a lecture that was super reasonable and motivational. It made me feel guilty because I knew I couldve done much better. We were gonna do the test again. You would think that I was mad and irritated, but I was actually kind of glad that I could show what I was capable of.
My last mark was a 9.3 It wasn't much of a difference, but this time I felt as if I tried my best.

Weight room
Yesterday in the weight room we were told to find or come up with a workout with a goal, we used google as a source and searched up volleyball Workouts and warm ups.
"Squat exercises prove most effective in working them as the motion is similar to a leap or jump."
The reason why we chose squating for a workout, was only because we thought it would improve something in volleyball because squating is part of an athletic position for the sport and the only way things would work out is if you are low. Just by reading some things about squating and volleyball, I've learned that jump squating would've been much more helpful since it helps you out with your vertical and would help you improve with jumping higher!
This is a good example of what we can work on next day
First for 5 minutes all four of us Jusleen, Zoii & Kimberly ran up the stairs. We then figured out how out of shape we were because we got super tired.
For each workout, we did 3 sets of 10
And repeated the list twice!
In the photo you can see our dumbbell squats, it was great because the boys joined us. The effort and energy was all there, it felt a lot better to actually participate... I'm in the process of showing Mr.neufeld that I can be much better than he thinks I am.
Scavenger hunt
This picture was taken on the Wednesday we did the scavenger hunt, we needed to take a picture of a police car and it literally took us half hour to take a picture because Kimberly had the flash on and it was a super funny.
I had a lot of fun and I remember being super energized, physically I failed on one part is because i forgot my p.e strip.
